Executive Leaders
As senior vice president, Pharma & Retail Relations, Christine oversees all procurement activities, including contracting with pharmaceutical manufacturers. In this role, she also guides pharma trade relations and ensures specialty drug access and sales.
Since joining Express Scripts in 1997, Christine has held numerous leadership positions in IT and operations and served as president of HealthBridge, Inc. Most recently she was vice president and general manager, Specialty Pharmacy Operations, a position she held since 2009.
As vice president, Everett oversees pharmaceutical business development and channel management efforts. He also leads strategy development and execution in the pharma and biotech space, as well as the rebate contracting, specialty drug access, specialty drug and service contracting arenas. Since joining Express Scripts in 1998, Everett has served as senior director, Medicaid and Medicare, and vice president of several areas including Clinical Program Management, Account Management, Managed Care, and Pharma Strategies and Contracting.

Kevin utilizes more than 20 years of demonstrated experience and amassed expertise in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries to develop business solutions to support successful product commercialization. He currently directs the business development team responsible for contracting with manufacturers. Kevin plays an integral role in the development, management and implementation of our comprehensive integrated suite of services. His team is exceptionally qualified to leverage HealthBridge’s unique strength: providing integrated business solutions that support the life cycle of the drug.

Rob joined Express Scripts in 2005 bringing extensive knowledge of Specialty Pharmacy, Specialty Distribution, and Patient Access Services (REMS, PAP, Reimbursement). He is a subject matter expert in the development and enhancement of the specialty pharmacy and specialty distribution channels for new and existing specialty products. Rob is responsible for business development of pharmaceutical and biotech client strategies with regards to successfully contracting and maximizing distribution channel solutions.

Lee Ann joined Express Scripts in 2010 as the director of Business Development. With nearly a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industry, she is responsible for developing state-of-the-art services that support safe and effective commercialization of prescription therapies. Lee Ann plays an integral role in developing and implementing access programs including REMS, Reimbursement, Patient Assistance Programs and web portal technologies for new and existing pharmaceutical and biologic products.

Donna is responsible for all aspects of business development including sales, contracting and strategic growth initiatives. Initially joining Express Scripts in 1995, Donna has been instrumental in the growth of several divisions and she has extensive knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management, Specialty Pharmacy and Specialty Distribution services. She is a subject matter expert in the development and enhancement of Specialty Pharmacy and Specialty Distribution solutions for new and existing pharmaceutical and biologic products.

Charlie Bell is the director of New Business Development. In this role, he works with clients to develop and enhance specialty pharmacy and specialty distribution channels for new and existing specialty products. Charlie is responsible for pharmaceutical and biotech client strategies which include successfully contracting and maximizing distribution channel solutions. Prior to Express Scripts, Charlie gained more than 15 years of experience working for pharmaceutical manufacturers and pharmacy benefits managers including Eli Lilly, PCS Health Systems, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and CVS-Caremark.
Account Management
As Vice President, Account Management, Bill leads a team that supports the day-to-day and longterm strategic needs of Express Scripts' pharmaceutical and biotech clients. In his previous role at Accredo, Bill served as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy. With more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Bill has held various positions of leadership in general management, marketing, medical education, sales, and product development. His key interests include complex distribution channels, rare diseases, as well as the emerging biosimilars pathway.

A proven leader in financial analysis and operations management, Libby has more than 15 years of experience, all with Fortune 500 companies. Since joining Express Scripts in 2007 she has held several client-facing leadership positions that have led to her latest role in Account Management. Libby works with internal Express Scripts partners in operations and IT, representing the voice of the client to ensure proactive insight and efficient service. She interacts with clients personally on standard reporting and issue resolution, as well. Lastly, Libby brings a variety of experience in Express Scripts’ departments including Client Audit, Pharma Specialty Pricing, and Program Integrity to her current role.

More specifically, Ann works with clients to develop strategies and program modifications, as well as contract renewals and expansion of service offerings. Ann brings a wealth of experience in Express Scripts’ departments including Pharmacy Operations, Training and Quality Assurance to her current role.
